She has a passion for guiding young, first time home buyers through their first home purchase. Amy said, “I love to guide these young clients. It’s more than just a real estate transaction; it’s setting them up for financial security through smart real estate investments . It’s so fulfilling to turn dreams into reality.”
Amy resides in Urbandale with her wife, Tina. They have two children and two pups. In her spare time, Amy enjoys crocheting, exploring the numerous bike trails in the area, and gardening.
Heather Volesky

Heather grew up in Sioux City, IA and moved to Des Moines to attend Drake University. She fell in love with the community and decided to plant roots.
Prior to joining the Wilkins Home Team, Heather was an account executive for a home warranty company where she gained a lot of knowledge about the real estate industry. Heather said she has a passion for helping people and is committed to providing clients with exceptional service by guiding them through every step of the home buying and/or selling process.
Outside of work, Heather resides in Clive with her husband, three children, two dogs, and a cat. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, biking, and cheering on her children in all of their many activities.

Amiko grew up in Polk City and has resided in the Des Moines Metro her entire life. Amiko and her husband, Jeremy, have two adult children and two fur babies.
She has been a hair stylist for over 20 years and decided to get her real estate license 2 years ago when she noticed that the topic of real estate came up often while clients were sitting in her chair. Amiko continues to operate her hair salon business full-time and practices real estate part-time.
