She has a passion for guiding young, first time home buyers through their first home purchase. Amy said, “I love to guide these young clients. It’s more than just a real estate transaction; it’s setting them up for financial security through smart real estate investments . It’s so fulfilling to turn dreams into reality.”
Amy resides in Urbandale with her wife, Tina. They have two children and two pups. In her spare time, Amy enjoys crocheting, exploring the numerous bike trails in the area, and gardening.

Amiko grew up in Polk City and has resided in the Des Moines Metro her entire life. Amiko and her husband, Jeremy, have two adult children and two fur babies.
She has been a hair stylist for over 20 years and decided to get her real estate license 2 years ago when she noticed that the topic of real estate came up often while clients were sitting in her chair. Amiko continues to operate her hair salon business full-time and practices real estate part-time.
